Structure to be demolished

Perhaps you have a memory from worshipping at the small white church at the corner of Second and Maple streets in Fairbury.

Anyone wanting a memento from the church, including a Bible, church pew or song book can attend an open house two evenings during the upcoming week, Aug. 14 and 17 (Monday and Thursday) from 4 to 7 p.m. when the church will be open.

The church building will be torn down this summer. If there is a special request, text Ernie at 815-848-8950.
