Police release more on crash

State Police have released names of those involved in a recent two-vehicle crash along U.S. Route 24 between Fairbury and Chenoa.

Officials say Vincent E. Roethler, 32, of East Peoria was driving a 2020 Ford F350 south on McLean County Road 3360 East on Monday when the vehicle did not stop for a stop sign and struck a semi driven by Chad A. Boswell, 24, of Frankfort, Indiana. Both Roethler and Boswell were not injured.

Two passengers in Roethler’s Ford truck, Ryan Hardy, 25, of Wyoming, Illinois and Clark Wilkins, 20, of Chillicothe, were taken to an area hospital with injuries although their conditions aren’t known. Two other passengers were uninjured. They include Jared Rouse, 21, of Toulon and Keenan Chapai, 27, of East Peoria.
