The following personnel matters were approved by the Prairie Central Board of Education after an executive session this week at the regular November meeting.
Shannon Stapleton was approved for employment as a bus monitor effective November 20.
Resignations were approved for Valerie Buell, bus monitor, effective October 16; Anne Merritt, UE special education teacher, with intent to retire at the end of the 27-28 school year; Emily Miller, UE paraprofessional, effective December 5.
Leaves of absence were approved for Destiny Rothert, UE paraprofessional, from January 6-February 28 and Blayne Dixon, HS special education teacher, from December 8-January 13.
The board then adjourned at 10:28 p.m. on Tuesday.
