Both the Prairie Central boys and girls basketball teams have completed holiday tourney play.
The girls took third place in the Riverton Christmas Classic last Saturday with a 79-53 win over Tremont. Elly Haberkorn made the all-tournament team.
Meanwhile, the boys went 3-1 in the Williamsville Tournament, taking fifth place with a score of 64-57 over Tremont Monday. Leading scorer was Trey Bazzell with 25, Rylie Vaughan had 11 and Cooper Palmore contributed 10. Bazzell was also leading rebounder and an all-tournament first team selection.
