Girls improve to 24-5

Prairie Central’s girls basketball team improved to 24-5 on the season after defeating Williamsville at Maroa High School on Saturday afternoon. The final score was 66-36.
Meanwhile, the PC boys basketball team lost to St. Joe-Ogden 56-49 on Friday night.
Trey Bazzell led the scoring with 16 points, followed by Logan Goad with 9 and Cooper Palmore and Kaden King with 7 each. The Hawks shot 29 percent from the field.
