Area services planned

The following Memorial Day services are planned in our area for Monday.

Fairbury – Graceland Cemetery at 11 a.m.

Chenoa – Chenoa Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Flags will be illuminated both Saturday and Sunday nights.

Chatsworth – Germanville Cemetery 8:30 a.m., St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery 9 a.m. and Chatsworth-Charlotte Cemetery at 9:45. In case of rain, services are in the Legion Hall at 10 a.m. American Legion Auxiliary will host a breakfast following ceremonies for $5 per person.

Strawn – Strawn Cemetery 7:30 a.m.

Forrest – Forrest Cemetery 8 a.m.
